Where is Cisco Spark Available?

Different Cisco Spark capabilities, devices, and subscriptions are available depending on where you're located. Take a look at the options to see what's available in your country.

Cisco Spark

Cisco Spark is available for use globally except in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria due to US export control restrictions.

Cisco Spark Free

The free version of Cisco Spark is not available in the export control restricted countries above and China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Russia.

Cisco Spark Paid Subscriptions

Cisco Spark Meetings, Messaging, Care, and Room Device Subscriptions (for Cisco DX, MX, and SX Series devices) are available for sale in the countries listed below. Additionally, Cisco Spark Hybrid Services (Hybrid Calendar Service, Hybrid Calling Service, Hybrid Directory Service, and Hybrid Media Service) are available for deployment in the countries listed below.

Note: Cisco WebEx Audio is only available by CCA-SP Partners or VoIP in Egypt, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Taiwan, Turkey, and the United Arab Emirates. In South Korea, the Partner must have a South Korean SCTB license.

Cisco Spark Calling

Cisco Spark calling is a cloud-based phone system* available in Canada and the United States of America.

Customers can use Cisco Spark Hybrid Services to connect on premise services (Cisco Unified CM, Business Edition 6000 and 7000) and Cisco-powered cloud services (from a certified Cisco HCS partner) to Cisco Spark everywhere Cisco Spark meetings and messaging capabilities are available.

*The Cisco Spark service does not include PSTN services. Customers need to purchase PSTN services from a third party provider. For the complete Cisco Spark service, Cisco preferred media provider ecosystem partners can provide PSTN local, long-distance, and direct-inward-dial services. Existing Cisco UC customers will use Cisco Spark Hybrid Services to connect on-premises call capabilities to Cisco Spark capabilities in the cloud.

Cisco WebEx Conferencing without Cisco Spark Entitlement

Cisco WebEx Meeting Center or Enterprise Edition with no Cisco Spark entitlement is available in Bahrain and Uganda.

Cisco Spark Plus M1

Cisco Spark Plus M1 is available for purchase at ciscospark.com in the United States of America only.
