Create a Team

Teams help you keep everything organized by categorizing multiple spaces under a common theme. Teams are great for a consistent group of people who are going to be working on something for a long time. For example, you may have a team for a large project that includes cross-department team members all working together on specific pieces of the project.
 


 

Windows

  1. Pick Teams , click New Team, name your team and click Create.
  2. To add people, click Team Members, and Add Team Member. Then, type a name or email address and pick from the results list.
  3. To create more spaces, pick New Space, and type a space name.


 

Mac

  1. Pick Teams , click Create Team, name your team and click Create.
  2. To add people, click Members, and Add team member. Then, type a name or email address, pick from the results list, and tap Done.
  3. To create more spaces, pick New Space, and type a space name.


 

iPhone and iPad

  1. Tap Teams , pick Create, name your team and then tap Create Team.
  2. To add people, tap Team Members, then Add Team Member, enter their name or email address, and then tap the check mark.
  3. To create more spaces, pick Create Space, enter a space name and then tap Create Space.


 

Android

  1. Tap , pick Teams , and click . Name your team and click Create Team.
  2. To add people, click Team Members > Add Team Members and type a name or email address. Tap OK to add people outside your organization or pick people from the results list and tap OK.
  3. To create more spaces, pick Spaces > Create Space, enter a name for your space, and then tap Create.


 

Web

  1. Pick , click Create Team, name your team, and click Create.
  2. To add people, click Members, Add Team Member and then type a name or email address. Pick a name from the results list or click Add Team Member./li>
  3. To create more spaces, pick New Space, and enter a space name.
